The PDF documents on this website are designed to be view with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or greater.  If you are using Windows 95 or greater and having trouble viewing the documents, try un-installing Adobe Acrobat Reader 4 from the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Control Panel before installing the current version.  You can obtain the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the Get Acrobat Reader icon.
